General Assembly meetings and the Annual Review meetings:
- General Assembly meetings (GA) occur in principle twice every twelve months. However, if necessary, the Project Manager can summon a GA at any time, if deemed necessary. GA meetings are organized in turns by the full consortium participants at a location of the organizing partner's choice.
- The annual Review meeting of the project, performed by external auditors - experts in the field - will take place on request of the ARTEMIS-JU.
